Background of the speaker:
Jessica earned her law degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016, and subsequently received her Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2017. She is currently a practising member of the Law Society of British Columbia. Her practice focuses on family law and estate planning and administration. She assists clients with preparing wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, cohabitation/marriage agreements, and separation agreements. She also assists clients with court applications for uncontested divorces and probate and related matters.
